2 films on 1 dvd-r

please help.i got the 2 films "friday"&"next friday" & i want to put just the film parts on 1 dvd-r none of the menus or extras. i used dvd shrink re author to get just the film parts from both films. so i have friday just film(2.1gb)folder & next friday just film(2.3gb)folder on my HD.i only have nero express & i can only get it to burn 1 or the other, not both on 1 dvd-r cos both folders contain the same file names. so how do i get both on 1 dvd-r. please help im new to this stuff. it mite be better to phone me to explaine. *************

Not sure you want to leave your phone number on the internet...
The easiest way to get these two movies onto one dvdr, is to reauthor them.
If you have Nerovision Express, you can try that, but I'm not sure it read's vob files.
I would use DVDLab.

DVDShrink in reauthor mode should have combined both. They should not be in seperate folders.

Much better to use a proper authoring app though, add a menu and all that.

As said above, re-author them in DVDLab (trial version on their homepage) or TMPGEnc DVD Author, add a menu so you can select each movie, and compile. Then burn. But be aware, the final might be a tad to big, as 2.1 + 2.3 = 4.4, thats more than the 4.37 size of a DVDR.

Thanks guys i done it. i used DVDLAB. it was quite easy to use. i didnt read any instructions and made a menu & got both films on 1 dvd. And the quality is superb. THANKS once again for your help. top site
