2 dvd2svcd question

what is the differnce between fixed chapters and dvd chapters exactly?
what is the differnce between by dvd chapters:
PBC use selection
PBC use playlist
no PBC
what are the causes later when i view my svcd?

For fixed Chapters, if you put in say 240, it will put a chapter every 4 min (240sec). DVD Chapters, are the chapter points that are in the original DVD. You must use the Internal ripper to be able to use these.

PBC - Play Back Control, some dvd player want this turned off to function properly most want it on. PCB use playlist - no idea what that means.
