Anybody have a problem installing the 1.1 patch? Now when playing the game you cant see anybody on screen?

Tried to install Alcolol 120%, but tried using all of the uninstall add/remove and trying to get rid of any registry entrys. But it still seems there, and when I try to install a newier version it wont untill you remove older version.. is there any way I can get it installed again? I cant find...
