    cd not recognized in xp, but nero still burns

    anybody have any ideas on this problem. i have a yamaha crw2200e cd player/writer. i am running windows xp. if i put just about anytype of cd into the player, it starts to recognize it, but then doesn't -- if i go to windows explorer, and select the cd drive, it does not show anything on...
