    hi, I am trying to convert from a dvd (ts_video) file to vcd using tmpgenc xpress 3 but unfortunately I get an mpeg1 with no sound with a file size that ulead dvd workshop 1.2 cannot burn it on 700 mb cdr ! this is starnge because my converted mpeg1 size was only 658 mb with a cbr at 630 kbps...
