Event 51, an error was detected on device CDRom0 during a paging operation.
My cdrom/dvd is not working. Checking the event log shows me that the problem occurred when I tried to burn a dodgy dvd. Event 51, an error was detected on device CDRom0 during a paging operation.
Tried to burn a dodgy dvd and since that time my cdrom/dvd is not recognizing any discs whatsoever. The event log shows this: it reports error messages for this drive as Event ID 7/the device, CDRom0, has a bad block.
