New here ;)
Hey, just stumbled upon this forum looking to find an answer to this question: is my burner dead? Posted over the Hardware forum. Also just purchased a new NEC 8x Dual Format burner over at newegg.com for 100 bucks - pretty good deal imo. I'd be interested to hear any opinions any of you have...- fateman

DVD Burner Dead?
I have a Pioneer A04/104 DVD burner and it recently started burning really slow and taking up all my resources when doing so. Some one told me it's dead/dying, please say it isn't so...:( Thanks- fateman
