I am having problems with the audio when i burn a svcd which i have downloaded these have been bin and cue files the audio is forever out of sync is there any way i can solve this problem

Hi can anybody help me please. i am having trouble buring onto dvdr when i go to burn, my drive will not read my disc it keeps telling me its empty my drive is a nec 1100. It will burn cd's but not dvd's i've tried changing disc i've used datasafe and tdk still tells me my disc is empty anybody...
