hi i dl a mpeg which was meant to be vcd but when i load the mpeg into nero it says its not vcd compliment so iv tryed de-multyplexing then used main concept encoder to encode it to vcd now when finnishd i play the mpeg in 2 different players wmp an powerdvd an noticed half way through it goes...

hi say iv got audio file that is 48000hz 160kbps if it was 192kbps would it be better quality does the quality get better when it goes up 160kbps 192kbps 224kbps etc.. or when it goes down 160kbps 128kbps 96kbps etc.. thanx
