i use clone dvd to back up my dvds,usualy its no hassle, iam trying to copy lion king disc 1 the main film. only i cant seem to be adle to get any audio anyone any ideas

help with playing a dvd with xp when i insert a dvd i get the message no dvd decoder installed.however if i close the message press stop then play with media player it plays but with no sound, why is this, how do i make it play
