can anyone out there tell me what the best program is to change a svcd back to vcd? my reason is i use my psx to play my vcd's on at the moment until i get a dvd player and my psx can not read svcd's. so i need to get em back to mpeg1 so that i can burn some normal vcd's. your help would be...
