Dvix 30fps to VCD(pal) problem
I`ve got some TV Series from USA als Dvix avi with 30fps (ntsc). How can I convert them to VCD pal? I exracted the audio with virtualDub and changed the "audioframerate" with Besweet form 30 to 25fps after that I tryed to encode with TmpegEnc.But this does not work(asynchon!!). Can you help me?!- koepcke
