    xvid sincronization changing framerate

    I have a movie in xvid and I want to convert to a svcd. THE AVI XVID IS 24 FPS in pal and when i convert in 25 fps the audio is out of sync.There is a way to sync audio converting xvid to svcd . when i live the original framerate the audio is ok but the svcd in scenes with movement don't play...
