    cda to mp3 burning on the fly

    i have demo's from 400 bands as part of a huge music festival (check out htp://ww.springscream.com ) that i need to convert to mp3, compile and burn lickety-split .... with xp, a fast processor and a fast cd-r and cd-rw what is the most efficient path from cda cd's to mp3 cd's?
