I have a film in avi format in 2 halves (cd1 & cd2) and also seperate *idx and *sub files for both cd's. I want to put the film on to 1 dvdr with selectable subtitles. I've been doing it for ages now without subtitles no problem but would like to have a go with selectable subtitles this time...

After converting a dvd when i play it on a standalone dvd player it always shows the film length to be shorter than the source dvd, even though nothing seems to be missing. Is this normal? Thanx in advance.

If i was converting an 80 min film, is there any way i can get this program to cut the film in half so i can get 40 mins on each cdr, instead of 60 mins and then 20 mins?

I downloaded an xvid movie and the audio is out of synch all the way throughout. Is it possible to realign the audio with the video and should it be done before conversion to mpeg or after? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
