My movie has chinesse subtitle.. I want them out.. after ripping with dvd dycryptor i get a screen listing 65 items... How do i know which ones are the subtitles? Good Gravy

I have a DVD ripped on my hdd and I cant figure out how to load that. Also If I mount the image of my DVD on daemon tools then The program see it there but I cant do ANYTHING. Almost everything in the program is greyed out for me. How do I use this program? also there are no help files...
