    Problems converting ntsc avi to pal mpg2

    When using tmpenc to convert AVI (ntsc) to Pal mpeg2 the picture stutters every few seconds. If I convert to ntsc mpeg2 it plays fine. Does anyone have a fix ? Know what settings to alter or can reccomend differnt software ? Thanks Em

    Renaming Drive letters under XP

    I have a scsi cdrom and its recognised after my cdr. I.e. cdrom E: cdrom F: , in win 2k there was an option to change the drive letters, its not in XP. Anyone know of a way ? gas
