Running Windows 98SE on an Ibm Aptiva. All of a sudden cannot shut down. When shutdown selected, the computer begins shutdown and then re-boots. Removed some programs with the Windows add/remove option. Could this be the problem on an entry in the registry corrupt. Any ideas?? Any help...

I had a Teac 4x4x24 cd/rw and decided to buy a faster drive. I purchased a Hi-Val 24x10x40 which came with Nero 5.5. I decided to leave the old Teac in as the slave cd/rw. Nero won't write to the Teac as it says will only write to the drive which it came with. Anybody know how to get around...
