    Liteon 401s speed problems

    HELP!! When I first bought this Liteon 401S about three months ago, it was reading dvd's and only taking about 20-30 minutes for an entire disc, now its taking almost 2 hours to read each disc. Write speed is still about 20 minutes. Can someone please help me?
