Is there any software supporting authoring DVCD?
DVCD is a DVD with the movies in VCD-quality but with the sound in 48000. At ***.vcdhelp.com you can find out how to create them manually, but wonder if there is any software where I can select some VCD-files - connect them to a menu - and then burn a DVCD.
