    avi/to svcd and spliting files

    what is the best proogie for conversion of avi to svcd and once it converted how to you spilt the file so you can burn it to 2cds what i have is spy kids 2 in avi format 699 Mbs i converted with nero to svcd and it 889 Mbs to big for the media thx for the help
