Encoding/decoding problem
Mpeg2 encoding problem I am trying to convert a VOB file (ripped from dvd to my hard drive) to MPEG2 using dvdx2.2, I have tried adjusting all the settings but cannot get rid of the line distortion that appears.I have tried every frame rate. Any ideas?- Burruz
