    ripping a dvd-r to mp3

    i have 1 or 2 dvd-r's of rock concerts. how do you rip the audio only as i would like to burn the mp3's to disc ? thanks arthur

    .mov files convert to mpeg how?

    i have 24 music videos in .mov format.how do i convert them to mpeg as i want to burn them on a cdr and watch them on my tv via my dvd recorder.my burning software does video discs ok but i need a good and simple piece of converting software.please help thanks arthur
