Ive had it now for 6months and its in its box. i cant seem to get media (that works) with it. i upgraded the firmware etc. is there some sort of list of compatible media for this burner...(i made a silly mistake buying this one :(...

My friend has a 120gb HDD split into 3 partitions. What i need to know is, to delete the 3 and make back to one, can i do this with the Windows xp cd or would i need to use FDISK??? I need to make his HDD back to one big partition and install win xp pro. anyhelp would be gr8...thx. SasArchiver
