Okay, I seriously need help.. I want to put some of my mpeg vids into cd... (in otherwords, vcd) However, I found out that you need to convert the mpeg into some sort of mpeg-4 or mpeg-1 (not sure...) I tried to copy wif mpeg-2 but that doesn't work out... I know that i need an encoder of some...
