Unexpected computer shutdown (AVI->DVD)

I am using the guide "How to convert your DivX to DVD±R " of ChickenMan. I've successfully converted 6 or 7 AVI files, when it happened first time - DVD2SVCD finishes converting audio and just shutdowns the computer. I have AMD Athlon XP 2400 2Ghz, 736 Mb RAM, at least 16 GB free on harddisk...
