    8X and 4X will only burn at 2X

    I've got an LG 8X writer and have burned at 4X without a problem. I thought I'd splash out on some 8X Datawrite Classics (Grey) but they will only burn at 2X. So...I cut my losses and got 150 Bulkpaq Orange 4X (only 16p from ukdvdr.co.uk ), but guess what - they will only burn at 2X! I'm gutted...

    Losing soundtrack, but the commentary is there

    I have ripped quite a few dvd's and burned to dvd-r's. However I've just realised that the last half a doz have a problem. The films have the directors commentary and not the proper audio.     Creating Multi's

    Could anyone point me to a program and tutorial to create DVD Multi's, ie 2 or 3 films on one disc. I'd like to make a menu with a button for each film, nothing fancy. Cheers :cool:

    Best Discs to use?

    Is Ritec the best brand to use? I'm looking for compatibilty with standalone players, and less freezing and jerking around of the frames.
