Backup PS2 Games with DVD-R Media using Mac??

Hello All:

Can anybody explain how to backup ps2 games with dvd-r using Mac OS to a newbie?? The operating system is Mac 10.3. The equippements that I have are as follows:

1. Mac OS 10.3
2. Toast Titanium 5.2
3. DVDBackup
4. Sony DRX-510UL Dual DVD Burner

I just shipped out my PS2 to be modded (Duo) and should get it back next Wednesday, so I haven't really try to do anything yet. Can anybody explain how this should work? I would really like to get this right in the beginning
