MAKING A BACKUP FROM A PS2 ORIGINAL CD or DVD USING DISCJUGGLER (Version 4.x)

Place an image of the DVD onto your hard disk

Insert your PS2 original CD or DVD into your CD-Rom or DVD-Rom drive.

Open up the DiscJuggler program.

From the menu select File>New…




101 Highlight “Create CD and DVD images” and select the “OK” button.




102 Select your source drive from the dropdown menu, either your CD-Rom or DVD-Rom depending on the game format.




103 Select your destination folder by clicking on the “Destination” button and browsing to the area. Give the end image file a name.




104 Click on the “Start” button to start the image file creation.

After a short while the event log will state that the task has been completed successfully.


Burn the image from hard disk back to DVD-R/DVD+R

Insert your blank media into your CD or DVD writer.

From the menu select File>New…




201 Highlight “Burn CD and DVD images” and select the “OK” button.




202 Select the source file by clicking on the “Source” button and browsing to your image file.

203 Select the destination drive (your CD burner or your DVD burner).




204 Choose the action that you wish to perform (either “Write” or “Write & Verify”).

205 Select your write speed.




206 Click on the “Start” button to start the image file write.

After a short while the event log will state that the task has been completed successfully.


Congratulations, you have just successfully created a backup of your PS2 original.
