Using the Copy Wizard to create a backup of your original PS2 or PSX CD

Insert your PS2 or PSX original CD into your CD-Rom drive. Load up Alcohol 120% application.

From the left hand window, select the “Copy Wizard” icon.

Select your CD-Rom drive, then from the bottom of the screen select Datatype as “Play Station 2” or “Play Station”. Amend the “Read Speed” setting if you wish. Then click on “Next >”

Select where you want Alcohol 120% to store the image file, and then click on “Next >”

Select your CD-Writer drive, then from the bottom of the screen select Datatype as “Play Station 2” or “Play Station”. Amend the “Write Speed” if you wish. Then click on “Start”.

Alcohol 120% will perform the read phase and create the image file onto your hard disk.

(You may need to swap discs when the read phase has finished, depending on your drive setup.)

Alcohol 120% will then perform the write phase and record the image files onto a blank CD-R.

Both phases have been completed successfully.
