Which version of Avisynth do you use?
I normally also use the latest codecs and have no problems.

So, I posted this at Videohelp.com as it isn't TFM specific, but I was hoping you could post exactly what codecs you use for TFM so I can try.
I also run the ffdshow.reg afterwards.I haven't encoded a video in about a year now, tried today several times with different all-in-one conversion tools but all have had slightly delayed audio.
I have used The Film Machine (1.6.1) in the past with .mkvs no problem.
-I first tried TFM with all the latest codecs:
Matroska Splitter
FFDShow Tryouts
ac3filter
Avisynth
HCenc @ Best
CCE @ Best
Then FAVC, DVDFlick and AVStoDVD. I then used Revo Uninstaller and removed these codecs and reinstalled TFM with the codec versions it comes with and tried again. Still no luck.
Finally tested ConvertxtoDVD trial and it was fine...in sync.
System:
Win 7 x86
Dual Core 2.40
3GB RAM
(Nvidia 7600GT)
My system does have problems playing video games smoothly, even oldies like Half-life1 and Quake 3 - FPS drops. But that cannot be the case if Convertx worked, right?
What could the cause be?
Thanks

AVIs seem to convert fine.
I have tried a few 1min length MKVs.

Can you try it without the NTSC to PAL conversion.
