Problem in encoding - Blue Faces HELP!!

Hi!!!

I've just started in doing VCD's.. The problem is that the first time I use the Film Machine the movie was encoded with sound and subtitles, perfectly! But the faces where blue..so I had to encode again this time using the option to remove the blue faces...

It dosen't work, and everytime I upgrade the quality of the encoding the movie becomes slow, and the subtitles aren't syncronized and the blue faces remain....

So..what to do...since this is the 4th time I'm encoding.....

Some help would be apreciated...
