Always use DVD-RW's.
I don't think it is the version but you can try version 1.3 to check it.

Hello,
I already had 3 DVD's spoiled because of some audio or subtitle problems.
The audio:
-1 DVD it was not syncronised, there was a delay of many seconds;
-The other DVD was a very strange problem, the sound, and especially lower voices, was too low!
Subtitles
-And the third DVD, the subtitles are out of sync, even when they are in sync on my PC.
Is it possible that those problems are caused by TFM 1.4?

Ok, I keep trying first 1.4
When I runned The Filmachine, and the BeSweet application came up, it runned to 66% very fast, but stayed there while the 'seconds' of the movie went on. Maybe there is the fault, and maybe in the audio stream of the AVI file.
Thank you for your work and your fast reply!
Sometimes the progressbar hangs, I don't know why. If the minutes and seconds are going on there should be no problem.

I downgraded from 1.4 to 1.3, and tried to encode the same movie, no difference, so I am back on 1.4 again.
The biggest problem (just with some movies) is the audio. Its too low, I mean for example the voices, these are like 'basses'.
Ans as far as I can imagine now, it only happens when the movie folder is too big to burn immediately (more than 5 megs). Is here a relation perhaps?
Did you do a framerate conversion on the movie, like NTSC to PAL?

Yes I did, and again just for extra control. Fault again.
