Problem with sound on LEFT

i have this problem when i use TFM (this program is great but) i dont know what i am doing wrong becouse TFM is doing everything by him self

sound on right channel is good - with good quality etc
but my left channel is always(i have tryed it on few movies) strange with somoe kind of flanger like it was under water

so please HELP - WHAT I CAN DO TO MAKE IT NORMAL


(when im playng only audio track witch is in mp2 foramt every thing is ok
but when the movie is made as SVCD the sound is f^$@! up )
