I think this is the fault of BeSweet, I see a lot of downmix overflow errors in the log. Maybe the problem lies in AC3 to MP2 conversion.

When I converted avi to vcd audio is about 2 or 3 sec before picture!
Whats the problem??
I'.m using TFM with CCE 2.5.

Can You tell me what I need to do??
You can try to save your AVI with decompressed audio streams using VirtualDub. After that you can try it again.

Startup virtualdub and open the avi-file. Then select in the topmenu Audio and choose Full processing mode. Then select in the topmenu Video and choose direct stream copy. Then choose topmenu file and save as avi and choose a different name for the avi. Just let it run then. Afterwards try again with TFM.
