Problem with subtitles and merging avi

Hi People!!!!

I have two problems with TFM and I realy dont know what to do!!
Please help if you know the solution!!

The first problem is with subtitles
I'm trying to convert avi to vcd with subtitle but I cant see them when the conversion is finished. It hapened firs time.

The second problem is with merging three parts of avi in one.
The movie is in three parts. When I put them in TFM adn conver it into vcd the movie is mixed. Thats meen that the end of the movie is in the midle of it, the begining is at the end etc. When I'm converting movie which is in to avi everything is ok.

I'm doing everything as the help in the progie shows.
