Newbie here I am trying to convert an avi file using film machine everything is going well and then film machine stops at this message Running MadPlay for decoding extracted audio to PCM format
can anyone help please

i'm not an TFM expert, but i assume there is something wrong with the audio track of your avi file; please post the *.log files; and check your avi with GSpot, esp. have a look at the audio part;
