Subtitle problem Help

I am new in This Forum and in converting and have my first problem
I from Croatia and we have Central Europe leters
With permanent subtitels is ok ( I convert the leters in font to CE)
but in
Selectable subtitle not work
what is the font four CE in selectable subtitle

You must select the character font of your country by clicking the "A" before the font name.

Thanks four replay but I not understand this can you tell what is the Character o Font thats I must select

Just click on the "A" - button and a option menu will popup with the options you can choose.
