Have you also looked at the Subtitle file my program creates. It is in the output folder with the extension *.srt.

I love The FilmMachine but I've had a recurring problem that I can't figure out. I'm a total amateur at this, so I figure it must be my error, but I can't determine what I'm doing wrong.
I'm converting PAL avi's to NTSC DVD's, and combining .srt subtitle files. The problem is that for all 3 movies I tried this with, the subtitles disappear for the last 5 minutes or so. I've looked at the srt files and they have all the subtitles in them. What's happening here?
I should also mention that every time The FilmMachine would tell me that the compilation is too big for the DVD, at which point I just run it through DVDShrink and burn from there.
I've tried using both CCE and Procoder.
Please help!
(EDIT: one thing I haven't done yet is use permanent subtitles, which I'll probably try tonight, although I'd prefer selectable)

Well it worked with the permanent subtitles, so I'm just going to do that from now on.
