It happened to me once, and I have converted a lot of movies so far.
Is this happening on paticular movies?
Maybe you can try the betaversion of TFM, which you can find on this forum.

Hi,
I've been using v1.3 for a month now, with Cinema Craft Encoder SP 2.67, and even if I set the target disc to DVD-5 (4.7GB), the program creates image files between 4.9-6.1 GB. This can be corrected by DVDShrink or DVD2One, but it's an additional half-an-hour project and it's really annoying.
Anyone have an idea why it happens?
