subtitles forgotten

i forgot to insert my subs, now i have my vob files etc., does anybody know how to get this 2 srts to one, and how i then can put them in the video_ts map.
i searched on the internet for srt joiner and srt merging, but i don t know how to
do

First you must use the resulting Mpg file, not the vobs. If you have this you can use Spumux for it.

To join to srt's you can use Subtitle Tool, just Google for it. You only have to pay attention on the framerate of the movie, it must be the same as the resulting movie.
