Question CCE SP Trial Version failure

      hey,

i want to use filmmachine cause i don't understand how to put subs into movies.
after i readed about The FilmMachine and the possibility with filmmachine to put subs easily in movies i downloaded the program.

after installing the filmmachine i saw i needed "cinema craft encoder"

      so now use this:
      The Filmmachine 1.3
      CCE v2.66 trial

      So now i could begin,
      i select the .AVI movie --> Mpeg 2 --> CCE --> 4:3 --> Fullscreen --> audio:English --> next...

CD size: DVD (DVD-5 4.7 GB) --> Don't Burn DVD (cause i use a wrong nero version) --> next...

use subtitles --> permanent subtitles --> add the right .srt file and set subtitle language to Dutch --> the standard settings of color i don't change --> next...

      Make DVD..

Now he begins with extracting audio and audio conversion.
after a minute of 5 when CCE SP Trial version would open i've get an failure.

it says: GdipLoadImageFromFile failed : 3

so i click okay and click on encode, but... Nothings happening.

      ------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope i was as clear as possible and hopes that somebody knows what this failure means and can give me a solution for this problem.

      another question:

      the failure is GdipLoadImageFromFile failed.

load image from file failed, Can't it be a fault with my video codecs?

      i have:
      DivX(R) and DivX Pro(tm) Codecs Version 5.2.1
      XviD-1.0.2-29082004 _Final Release_

is this possible or are these the right codecs??

i also tried more films wich all gave the same errors.

CCE 2.66 is their worst ever CCE they made, suggest you try 2.50, it simply works Demo copy from http://www.doom9.org/***********?/software.htm

      ey ChickenMan,

i've downloaded the CCE version you've posted.

i uninstalled the version i had en installed the downloaded version.

now it will almost start encoding, but after a couple of seconds the new error shows.

i've attached a screenshot of it.

do you know what it means??
