No it can only convert AVI files from PAL to NTSC MPEG files.

I have a few PAL dvds, (ripped and compressed using DVD Shrink) that I'd like to convert to NTSC. Since it's not a single file, the disc was ripped complete (has special features, menus, etc.) can TheFilmMachine convert this disc from PAL to NTSC?
