i cant find procoder... the site canopus is dead, i want to register as a new user in order to download the demo, but than i get an error...

Maybe you can try to find a encoder such as CCE with kazaa or limewire or shareaza.
I found some with these P2p programs and it works fine.
I use CCE 2.50
Nice results with these encoder.

fORGet procoder,it aint worthed.I had-heve a procoder all three version like the most members here,but never use it,as cce with dvd2svcd as gui kick the sh&t out to all encoders together including procoder...

note that some popular shareware sites still hold earlier releases of pro coder demo version which will work no doubt but as zver points out that cce is better
i would be warey of ANYTHING that a p2p throws up as its prone to piracy and warez and VIRUS/TROJAN riddled stuff more than anything !
