Angry subs and audio out of sync

ok i dl a movie that was in 3 parts with ac3 sound
      what i did was this
i let the film machine run for a couple of minutes so that the parts are created to 1 file (around 2 gig)
i then took the subs and synced them (1cd version subs)
it runs perfect in bsplayer so far so good
then i started up the film machine and let it do is job (like i always do)
but when the movie is finished the audio and subs r completely out of sync

can it b done this way ??
also tried pal to ntsc and visa versa but still a no go
      any comments please

      grtzz.
btw i am making a dvd

      i have the same problem.
and my subtitles are completely black and unreadable.
i'm using the The FilmMachine 1.3 updated components.
did not have this problem using the official 1.3 version.

I replaced the color boxes in the Updated components version, maybe I forgot something. Can you post the following file: TFM_Subtitle_File.ssa so I can check it out.

      @Alco

The FilmMachine adjusts the subs with the movie. So the best way is to find a three part subs and synch it with the original AVI's. Then load the AVI's and the subs in my program and run. My program will set the right parameters so that the subs are synched with the encoded movie.

      well mask thats the problem
there is no 3 cd sub version for this movie
found a few subs (in dutch) but they were all for 1 or 2 cd versions

but why is it running in bsplayer the way it should be
audio and subs are running perfect there
is TFM making some kind of marks in the movie ?
i am a newb to this so b easy on me

I was thinking about it later and realized that you did nothing wrong in the first time. Spumux does synch the subs, I put the required settings in the .xml file.

Maybe there is something else wrong. Did you check the avi for errors?

Please send me the following files:
      1. The original sub
      2. TFM_Subtitle_File.srt
      3. TFM_Subtitle_Script.xml
      4. TFM_Avi_Info.log
      5. TFM.log
Just mail them to me and I will look at them.

      @Kawasabi

Thanks, I will take a look at it.

      I've got a simular problem.
I've 3 episodes and 3 subtiltles. All subtitles and audio are synched.
When I put the 3 files in TMF and also the subtitles, it goes wrong

First time: he toke episode 2, 2 times and the third episode, instead of episode 1, episode 2 and episode 3, but the subtitles where episode 1,2 and 3.
The second time he toke the episodes good, also the subtitles, but halfway episode 2 and the rest of the DVD, the audio was out of synch.
      This was with TMF v1.3

Now I gone try it with the new beta version

Make sure you open the AVI's in the right order in my program. Most of the time audio goes out of synch when the video has some errors in it or the audio has some errors in it.

I've also had problems with a 3 part avi, each with a subtitle file. The result always had the part 2 avi playing first - and I made absolutely certain the video and subtitle files were in the right order.

Oh well, the program has worked great with all my other videos, not counting user error. Only the 3 part avi failed.

      I will test three parts.
