error on start-up ?

When i click the proggie on desktop it sometimes says "read error on ***xx" and the proggie opens and shuts down immediately ..... when i click again, sometimes 3 more times it just opens and works fine, what can it be ?

Or is this no problem ?

When does this happen, after or before the splashscreen?

Before start of proggie > first blue screen with that avi to dvd text, then proggie should start, so this screen leaves and another comes up (the programm) so i can say in between ?
