Image is rooling

Hi there everyone...I am new to all this.

I am using cinema Craft for the encoders. from the the filmmachine program

After burning my .vob on a dvd, I play it and my image is rooling ( up down up...) and the image is black and white.

So if anyone can help...thanks

It seems to me this is an NTSC/PAL related problem. Maybe you're playing an NTSC DVD on a PAL TV set.

If this is the case, try configuring your DVD player to play NTSC as PAL 60. If this doesn't help, check the 'NTSC to PAL' option in TFM.

If this is not the case, be more specific about the source, DVD player and TV set.
