      error message when try to install tfm

      I receve a message error when I try to install the filmmachine error is : access violation at adress 00000000 read of adress 000000000

      Anybody can help please

      That's not a valid address, so I guess your firewall or AV is blocking the installer.
      95% it's Norton made...

      Unhappy error

      I don't have Norton on my Windows XP SP2...I have AVG.
      So where could be the problem ?????
