Problem with converting AVI to DVD

When I try to convert *********, I get the following problem:

CCE encoding failed. Video check-sum is different from that of previous pass.(See error.jpg)

I use Win xp sp1, Filmmachine 1.2, CCE SP 2.5
I've checked with Divfix the avi for errors, but it has no errors
I've installed the latest Divx (from www.divx.com), Xvid codec (www.kopie.org) and ACFilter. No other codecs are installed.

Anyone an idea what is wrong?

Edited reason:- ******* ILEGALLY OBTAINED MATERIAL will NOT be helped with if you are so blatantly obvious as to what it is! the use of that material MAY well be the source of your problem as many often are damaged or have bad frames within >>>>VIPER_1069 <<<<
