Hey I used the film machine to convert a movie and when I tried watching it, most things were blue. The people, stops signs, nearly everything. I've never had a problem like this before, anybody know why its happened?

I Haven't tried it myself, but there's an option in TFM that is suposed to cope with that problem:
Options / Other
Avisynth - Use SwapUV

You can try it but It was implemented for a specific version of DivX that had this problem.
